The ERW (Electrical Resistance Welding) process at the company's Nagothane plant manufactures pipes from HR Coils using high resistance electrodes to weld coil ends.

The plant, running on German technology, sought an innovative solution for all process parameters - record data at various process points, automatically assign data-based pipe numbers, integrate the DT testing results and generate a consolidated report for each manufactured pipe.

Our innovative solution was a smart orchestration of computers, PC-Add on cards, automation components, data loggers, converters & interface devices rendering the following symphony -

Britannia Industries
We developed a cost-effective indigenous alternative for a high-value, imported machine component at their Reay Road works. The business need called for high volumes of these packaging machines offering cost and quality advantage. Our end-to-end solution came in the form of an online conveyerised application – a printer, mounted on the packaging machine, promptly etching batch no., weight, M.R.P. and other details on the biscuit wrappers.

Mahindra & Mahindra
For their automotive and tractor divisions at Kandivali, we automated the gear manufacturing process of CGC Furnace. This involved data acquisition of physical parameters like temperature, carbon percentage, level and pressure and automation of gear movement through the various stages of furnace. We also developed user-friendly report generation tool seamlessly integrated with SCADA software.
