| The ERW (Electrical Resistance Welding) process at the company’s Nagothane plant manufactures pipes from HR Coils using high resistance electrodes to weld coil ends. The plant, running on German technology, sought an innovative solution for all process parameters - record data at various process points, automatically assign data-based pipe numbers, integrate the DT testing results and generate a consolidated report for each manufactured pipe.
